Unauthorized Access: Any attempt to access the platform by non-authorized personnel will be treated as a security violation.

Users agree to utilize the platform exclusively for professional training and development purposes. You agree not to:

Attempt to breach, disable, or tamper with the platform’s security infrastructure.

Upload or distribute malicious software, unauthorized content, or material unrelated to the training curriculum.

Use the platform for any commercial purpose outside of SAR business operations.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All content hosted on the platform—including but not limited to training modules, videos, assessments, designs, and source code—is the exclusive property of SAR or its authorized partners.

No Reproduction: Copying, recording, downloading, or redistributing content without prior written consent from SAR is strictly prohibited and constitutes a violation of intellectual property laws.

4. Certification & Accreditation

Certificates are awarded upon the successful completion of specific course requirements.

Discretion: SAR reserves the right to modify certification criteria or revoke certificates if academic dishonesty or non-compliance is detected.

5. Limitation of Liability & Operational Safety

Educational Purpose: The content provided is for educational and developmental purposes.

Operational Precedence: This training does not replace official on-site safety protocols. In the event of a discrepancy between Academy content and active field safety regulations, official site regulations always take precedence. SAR is not liable for damages resulting from the misuse of platform information.

6. Modifications

SAR reserves the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

II. Privacy Policy

1. Data Collection

We collect specific data points necessary to deliver and track your training experience, including:

Identity Data: Name, Employee ID, Department, and Email Address.

Performance Data: Course progress, assessment scores, and certification history.

Technical Data: IP address, device type, and login history (for security and optimization).

Your data is processed for the following legitimate business purposes:

Account Management: To facilitate access and verify identity.

Compliance: To document mandatory safety training compliance for internal and regulatory audits.

We employ enterprise-grade security measures to protect your personal information. Data is stored in secure, isolated environments in compliance with SAR’s Information Security Policies and relevant national cybersecurity regulations. Access is restricted strictly to authorized personnel.

Authorized Partners: specifically Coursinity (our technical partner), solely for the purpose of platform maintenance and learning path development.

Regulatory Bodies: Government entities or accreditation bodies when required by law or compliance standards.
